Booking and Appointments

• ​All appointments are subject to availability.

• Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking appointments.

• Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

• Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment times to avoid inconvenience to other clients.

• We strive to provide accurate information about our services, including pricing, but reserve the right to change prices and services at any time without notice.

• Results of aesthetic procedures may vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

• Clients must disclose any relevant medical information or conditions prior to receiving services.

Payment

• Payment for services is due at the time of appointment unless otherwise agreed upon.

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment. Personal checks are not accepted.

• In the event of a returned payment, the client will be responsible for any associated fees.

Consent Forms

• Prior to receiving any treatment, clients must complete and sign a consent form provided by MSG Wellness and Aesthetics. It can be by email or in person. 

• The consent form will include details about the specific service(s) being provided, associated risks, expected outcomes, and any alternative options.

• Clients must disclose any relevant medical history, allergies, or conditions on the consent form.

• By signing the consent form, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined therein.

• By signing the consent form, clients affirm their understanding of the risks and benefits associated with the services provided and consent to undergo the agreed-upon treatment(s) at MSG Wellness and Aesthetics.
